Plugin questions
Is a Free package available?
Yes. Download Free directly from iKetch. It includes one printing method, setup and per-item pricing, partial printing quantities and private artwork uploads.
Is the setup fee charged per item?
For the standard method flow, setup is charged once per printed product line, not per unit or once for the whole order. Independent print areas have their own cost settings.
Must the whole quantity be printed?
No. A smaller printing quantity can be selected, within the method’s minimum and maximum limits.
How is printing taxed?
Printing is added to the matching cart item price and inherits its tax status and class under WooCommerce settings, rather than becoming a general cart fee.
Does this version include a production-ready design editor?
The version covered here collects artwork and manages printing options and areas. A design editor or production-file preparation service is not included in the features described here.
Is customer approval always required?
Approval can be disabled, enabled for design only, or combined with production tracking. Each method determines whether it participates.
