Calculate printing setup and per-item costs, offer partial quantity printing and accept private artwork uploads in your store.

== Description ==
Printing Cost Manager lets you configure printing costs for WooCommerce products. Set a setup fee and a price per printed item, select the products or categories that support printing, and let customers print part of their purchased quantity.

The free edition includes one printing method, fixed setup and per-item pricing, product/category assignment, partial quantities, private artwork uploads, upload limits and order-item snapshots. WooCommerce remains responsible for product pricing, tax and checkout.

The separately distributed Pro edition adds multiple methods, quantity pricing tiers, options and modifiers, exclusions and priority, multiple print areas, design approval and production jobs, and method import/export. Pro implementations are not included in the free package.

== Installation ==
1. Activate WooCommerce.
2. Upload and activate this plugin.
3. Open Printing Methods in WordPress, configure a method and assign products.
4. Configure WooCommerce tax settings before entering printing prices. Printing prices follow the WooCommerce setting for whether entered prices include tax.

Existing installations using the older plugin identity should deactivate the old edition before activating this renamed package. Stored methods, settings, artwork and order snapshots use their existing identifiers and are retained. Do not run two printing editions simultaneously and do not uninstall an edition to switch versions.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==
= Does Free require an external account or license? =
No. Included free features work without an external account, license or time limit. Freemius provides optional account, upgrade and update services; the free opt-in can be skipped.

= Can I use Elementor Free? =
Use its Shortcode widget with [iketch_printing_product id="123"], replacing 123 with a published product ID. This displays the complete WooCommerce product form. The standard [product_page id="123"] shortcode is also supported. Display one printing product per page; live replacement through AJAX/popups is outside this integration.

= Does the plugin work with Tax Display Toggle? =
Printing price previews follow iKetch Tax Display Toggle after a successful tax-display change. Without it, previews follow the WooCommerce shop tax-display setting. Switching display does not change stored method prices or order charges.

= Where is customer artwork stored? =
Files are stored on the merchant's server in protected storage. Access requires an authorized request. Configure file retention and describe your artwork handling in your store privacy policy. Artwork and customer data are not sent to iKetch by this package.

= What happens to Pro data when Free is active? =
Free uses one saved method. Other methods and advanced values remain stored but inactive, and historical order snapshots and artwork are retained. Advanced saved carts require Pro or removal and reconfiguration before checkout.

== Changelog ==
= 1.6.7 =
* Add Freemius licensing and updates, preserving the existing separate Free and Pro implementations.

= 1.6.7 =
* Rename the display name, package and translation domain to Printing Cost Manager – iKetch.
* Preserve existing settings, method IDs, order metadata and private artwork.
* Pro: keep inputs for unselected print areas disabled.

= 1.6.5 =
* Improve translation extraction, documentation, embedded forms and asset loading.

== Privacy ==
Private artwork is stored locally on the merchant's server and referenced in cart sessions and orders. Administrators control file retention and access. Freemius handles opt-in account connection, Pro licensing, updates and checkout. After opt-in or license activation, essential account/site/license information is sent to Freemius. Customer artwork remains on the merchant server and is not sent to Freemius. See https://freemius.com/privacy/ and https://freemius.com/terms/. Free features do not require opting in.

== Source ==
Readable PHP, JavaScript and CSS are included. WordPress-bundled jQuery and WooCommerce APIs are used. WooCommerce is required; Elementor is optional.
