Other form builders are not supported. Capture starts after activation; earlier unstored submissions cannot be recovered.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/plugins\/iketch-entries-viewer-for-contact-form-7\/\">Official download page<\/a> \u00b7 <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.org\/support\/plugin\/iketch-entries-viewer-for-contact-form-7\/\">Support forum<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"tax-doc-section\" id=\"installation\">\n<h2>Installation and your first test entry<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Install and activate Contact Form 7, then create a form or use an existing one.<\/li>\n<li>Under Plugins \u2192 Add Plugin, search for Entries Database for Contact Form 7 \u2013 iKetch, install and activate it. You can also upload the ZIP from the official listing.<\/li>\n<li>Open the form on your site and submit a message using test data.<\/li>\n<li>Open Entries Viewer in the WordPress sidebar and check that the submission appears. Form filtering may appear when more than one form is available, depending on your installed interface.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"tax-doc-section\" id=\"export\">\n<h2>CSV exports and printing<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Use Export All for all entries. Do not assume this action is restricted to the current search results.<\/li>\n<li>For a specific set, select entries, choose Export CSV under Bulk actions and Apply.<\/li>\n<li>For a single entry, open View and use Export CSV or Print Entry on the detail screen.<\/li>\n<li>Open the CSV in Excel or import it as UTF-8. Store exported files where only the appropriate team members can access them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<aside class=\"tax-doc-note\">\n<p>Export uses UTF-8 CSV with a BOM, not XLSX. Individual export and printing are available on the detail screen and require the appropriate permissions. Disabling it stops saving new submission attachments.<\/li>\n<li>Honeypot Spam Protection: a hidden field helps detect bots. If filled, the submission is marked as spam and is not saved.<\/li>\n<li>Select Save Changes after editing settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Copied attachments live under uploads\/cf7-entries, with protection files and permission-checked admin download routes. Review your server configuration and test unauthorised download prevention.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"tax-doc-note\">\n<p>The official listing documents tracking all or selected forms. The inspected Settings screen does not expose a form selector, so this guide does not give steps for a control that is not visible. Administrator permissions remain fixed in the interface.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Viewing permission does not automatically grant export or deletion. Assign access according to each role\u2019s need for customer data.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"tax-doc-section\" id=\"retention\">\n<h2>Retention and automatic cleanup<\/h2>\n<p>In Settings, Auto-cleanup old entries sets entry age in days. A value of 0 disables cleanup. When enabled, a daily WordPress scheduled task deletes entries older than that age.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"tax-doc-note\">\n<p>Choose a duration that matches your organisation\u2019s policy and export anything needed before enabling deletion. Deactivation differs from uninstalling.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"tax-doc-note\">\n<p>Deletion tools support data administration; they are not a legal-compliance guarantee. Data may include IP addresses, browser details and referrer URLs. Review your privacy notice, retention, backups and exported CSV files too.<\/p>\n<\/aside>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"tax-doc-section\" id=\"troubleshooting\">\n<h2>Checks and troubleshooting<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>No new entry: confirm both plugins are active, send a new test submission, and check spam classification and viewing permissions.<\/li>\n<li>Entry saved but no email: check CF7 mail settings and your delivery service; archiving does not repair mail delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Missing attachments: check the form upload field, Save uploaded files and upload-directory write permissions.<\/li>\n<li>View returns to the list: reload for a fresh link, check account permissions and admin redirects or caching rules.
